Dark World : The Surface Girl
In the year 2078, a sixteen year old girl named Ruby lives in an underground complex designed to protect humanity from a planet that post-alien invasion, can no longer sustain life. While exploring  abandoned passageways with her secret lover, Ruby stumbles upon a lost little girl with plenty of secrets of her own. Submitting to her compulsion to protect this child, Ruby begins to question the validity of everything she had been brought up to believe in.

Caught between the desire to be loyal to her family and the desperate need to uncover the lies that surround her, Ruby fears that loyalty to one person she loves will inadvertently cause her to betray another. Stuck in a whirlwind where the lines of love, hate, fear, confusion and forced ignorance are blurred, the lives of those she holds dear are dependent upon whom she chooses to trust, protect and believe in.

  • I want to thank you in advance for being willing to at least check it out, these characters are my babies and they mean a lot to me! If you do give “Dark World : The Surface Girl” a chance, it would be extremely awesome if you would review it on amazon but that is NOT a requirement for download.
  • You are also welcome to check out COMPLETELY, PERMANENTLY FREE in-progress bonus content right here on my blog that goes in conjunction with “Dark World : The Surface Girl. Logan’s Journal takes place many years before my series begins. It chronicles the early observations of young Logan (grandfather of Dark World‘s main protagonist, Ruby) as he experiences the post-apocalyptic world inside of The Complex during its early years when he is only a teenager in first-person diary format.

Happy 1 month anniversary, Dark World!!
