** The first two books in my six part dystopian series have officially made their way out into the world! Check them out!
For the sake of blogging and self-exploration and contemplation, I’ve been slowly making my way through answering questions from this list
Today’s Question : If you could live the next 24 hours and then erase it and start over just once, what would you do?
That’s an intriguing question to me, because I have no outright answer. The most obvious answer would be to “let loose” on people and tell them exactly what I think of them, because I could get a lot off my chest and if the day starts over they won’t be hurt or upset by it … but I’d still know that what I said / did was hurtful to them so it would weigh on my conscience. Not worth it. I don’t enjoy causing anyone pain whether they’ll remember it in the long-run or not. If I remember it, it’ll weigh on me.
I guess the lesson to consider in a question like this is that everything you do and say does matter, in relation to your own life as well as the lives of others. Nothing can actually erase the damage you may cause … so think carefully before you speak, or act.
